can you provide a PAYE code calculator
Stewart - 13/03/2011 12:16:45There is a PAYE code calculator built into the main tax calculator. You need to scroll down the page below the graph where you will see your tax summary. This will explain details of the code you have entered. If you mean a PAYE code calculator where a code can be generated, that is a good idea and we will look into it.

EILEEN HINFEY - 09/03/2011 17:18:44As long as you are turning 65 somewhere between the 6th April and 5th April of the tax year, you will get the full over 65 tax allowance for that entire year.

I was born 28/4/35 therefore not entitled to a married mans tax allowance
Ewen.kennedy - 03/03/2011 13:59:29We have updated the calculator options to make the 'married' option clearer regarding this. Unfortunately, as the PAYE calculator does not request your date of birth and the married couples allowance is specific to your date of birth, this option must only be ticked if that condition is met. Our UK Tax Calculators Wizard does request your date of birth and will therefore be able to check if you are eligible for MCA. Try it at www.uktaxcalculators.co.uk/wizard
